This time Charles was my maintenance trchician. He was early but I was fine with that He told me about my warranty and that I needed a new filter. He recommended duct cleaning and estmated the cost for my house at over $600. I will consider his advice. He was very polite. Thanks Charles.Last year the thermostat was not working and when I came home last night it was 80 degrees in my house. I shut off the furnace and saw the blank screen on my thermostat. Not knowing it took batteries, I called Goff. The service man Shawn was right on time this morning. He took the cover off, saw the corroded batteries, changed them, and my thermostat is working well!Tony was new to my house, so I redirected him to park in my driveway and come into the back gate. He showed me the filter and recommended replacing it. I agreed. He did a good job of cleaning the outside unit without my help. Trustworthy Goff service! Thanks Tony.

Knowledgeable, and what I like most is that they are willing to share their knowledge. They could've made a hard sell regarding the need for a new furnace, but instead they convinced me that the one I've got, 28 years old, is working just fine.Follow up Yearly service on four furnaces at rental properties, installed by a different company that I won't mention. Very happy with the level of detail in the regular service call.

Nick was able to help me very quickly and professionally with a problem with replacing my boiler transfer pump for my 2nd zone after having problems with it since I've bought my house, and he went the extra mile to make sure that our heat is working and was willing to show me some things to do if we have problems with it in the future. I have to keep leaving reviews for Goff everytime I get maintenance. Todays experience was the same. LOVE them. I love Goff. Can't say it enough times. Technician came out today and fixed a problem with my air. He was very polite and went the extra mile to fix my issue. Don't ever waste your time calling anyone else. Been using them for 8 years. The crew was very efficient and friendly. Had the ducts cleaned. Air conditioning unit was installed. Furnace installed. They cleaned up all the boxes etc. the furnace room was cleaned after installation.The duct cleaning crew had to use ladders for my high ceilings. If they moved furniture around they put it back when they finished a room.I was very happy when they turned on the air conditioning.I signed off when each thing was completed.I certainly recommend that company to anyone needing a furnace or air conditioner.The price was was competitive but offered a great package.

Goff just left my home. Who likes to spend hundreds of dollars on something that doesn't "show"? NO ONE. But the peace of mind for clean ducts and healthy air are priceless. Paul and Justin (boss man who was "helper" because a few were out on vacation--GREAT leadership) were here and did an amazing job on our ducts, returns, and dryer vent. We've put this off too long and even though the ducts weren't too bad (maybe they were just being nice ha), I know they are clean. Paul is friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, cordial and a fast worker. I received a text the day before confirming the appointment, a call the morning of letting me know the technician was being dispatched, then received a text with Paul's photo and a short bio about the man I was going to let into our home. LOVED that. I'd recommend Goff to anyone. Thanks Don, for sending your "A" team!
